Installation:
- Run the self-extracting file EPTE21.exe
- Run EPTE.exe (default location is: C:\Program Files\EPTE)
- Read the help file carefully

System requirements of EPTE:
- 486DX4 100MHz processor (Pentium recommended)
- Windows 95/98 OS
- 8MB RAM (16MB recommended)
- 15MB free disk space (for temp files)
- A sound card capable of playing and recording 44.1kHz 8-bit

(written in C++ Builder 3). Note that this ZIP file is encrypted,
so get the password before downloading it. You can get it by
registering. Info can be found in the help file of EPTE.
